Please note that not all garments can be exactly replicated, as many are made from very specific and unique vintage pieces. However, in those cases, we will provide you with options that can be adapted to the original design, so that together we can arrive at a design that you will like.

How can I get a quote for an order?

We just need you to send us a message with the key information about your garment; remember to include:

Your measurements (chest, waist, hips, length, as applicable to the garment)
Visual references or clear ideas; the more you detail your idea, the closer we can get to your next garment.
If you don't like something about a garment, because we understand that everyone has different tastes, if there are certain details that don't represent you or suit your style, just let us know so we don't include them.

The price of each garment varies depending on the design, materials, and level of customization. Below is a list of garments we make to order; custom orders start from:

Skirts: from $35,000 CLP
Shorts: from $35,000 CLP
Pants: from $45,000 CLP

The final price is confirmed once the application has been evaluated and all details have been defined.

Manufacturing times.

Each garment has its own time and process; the estimated production time for custom orders is 10 to 15 calendar days, starting from the date of full payment for the order.

In cases where the design requires a higher level of complexity, the manufacturing time may be extended.

If this occurs, the estimated timeframe will be communicated before making the payment.

Nothing is done blindly; during the making process you will receive images to confirm details at key moments:

Garment base: Before sewing, review the structure, silhouette, or design to adjust or change any details you deem necessary before proceeding. (This is usually between days 7 and 10).
Finished garment: to verify that everything is correct, or to analyze any details that need to be modified before shipping. (Please note that changes that involve adding new elements, modifying the original design , or adding extra work will incur an additional cost).

If, after the agreed corrections and with the garment ready, the final result does not meet your expectations, a full refund will be issued and the garment will be made available for general sale.
